One on one type of exercise therapy allows us to address specific problems of a patient and work the issue out. Among them, but not limited to them are chronic pain, and various chronic conditions, that require constant help. Also, some people know about themselves that they have not great coordination and feel of the body. For such patients, more attention should be put for the sake of avoiding the injury. Moreover, some people just can’t build enough motivation to do anything in exercise area by themselves. That’s where we help as well.
